Neomutant is a hacker first seen in Episode 7. He is in the fighter class and has the power of electricity. He is involved with Dbuggers.org, and seems to have lingering feelings for Flamegirl.

Personality

Though is a hacker, he seems to only be in it to pursue Flamegirl, and make sure Alpha doesn't hurt her, due to his onesided affection for her. He tells Flamegirl that "To think this child was my competition." meaning that he might also be jealous of Alpha.

He is discribed by Chris Noisi to have a low self-esteem, as well as to be highly charasmatic, though if only to cover up his selfish, and misplaced chilvarly.

Trivia

His design is familiar to Deoxys from Pokemon, spicificly, The defense form of Deoxys. Both are red, have a simmilar body shape, tall, and have simmilar colored gems on their bodies. The earlier version of Neomutant look even more like Deoxys, as far as to have simmilar color, shape, design and having gems in the same locations.
He is voiced by Chris Guerrero.
Even though he has said to have given up on being together with Flamegirl, he seems to still have strong feeling for her, going as far to protect her from Alpha when taken over by the Forbidden Power, and saying to his employer "I'll live, but I don't want Stephanie (The real name of Flamegirl) to get hurt again. This had better not get out of hand!"
